- Remove and discard corn husks and silk. Rinse kernels under cold water and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
- Place corn on a plate. Drizzle olive oil, then hand-rub to ensure full coating around each ear.
- Season generously with sea salt and black pepper.
- Place the corn in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8 minutes, then check tenderness with a fork.
- Brush the warm corn with lime juice and top with cilantro if using.
