  • Apple cider vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Honey 1/4 cup
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Top sirloin 1 1/2 pounds
  • Bell peppers, chopped (2 medium)
  • Onion, chopped (1 medium)
  • Mushrooms, chopped (1 cup)
  • Fresh ginger 1 tbsp, grated

Method
 

  1. Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger in a large bowl to create the marinade
  2. Cover and marinate beef cubes for 30 minutes to 2 hours
  3. Cut sirloin into 1½-inch cubes
  4. Chop bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms
  5. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers
  6. Preheat grill to 400°F (200°C)
  7. Grill kebabs for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
