  • 1 lb Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1 lb lean ground beef (85/15 ratio)
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 batch homemade burger sauce (mayonnaise, relish, vinegar, paprika, mustard)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss cubed potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange potatoes in a single layer and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Heat remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef, breaking it into crumbles until fully cooked.
  5. To assemble, divide the crispy potatoes into four bowls.
  6. Top each bowl with a portion of the seasoned ground beef and shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Add a generous layer of shredded lettuce and diced pickles to each bowl.
  8. Drizzle with homemade burger sauce and garnish with sesame seeds.
