- Dry shrimp thoroughly with paper towels
- Mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic paste, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of seasoning
- Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes to marinate
- Thread shrimp onto pre-soaked skewers, spacing 1 inch apart
- Season both sides of kabobs with remaining 1 tablespoon of seasoning
- Preheat grill or griddle to high heat
- Grill kabobs for 3-4 minutes per side until charred and opaque
- Serve skewers over Caesar salad with dressing
