  • Caesar salad kits - 2 (8 oz) bags (with romaine, croutons, and cheese)
  • Wooden kabob skewers - As needed
  • Avocado oil (optional halal substitute for olive oil)
  • Kitchen shears (for removing tails, if desired)

Method
 

  1. Dry shrimp thoroughly with paper towels
  2. Mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic paste, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of seasoning
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes to marinate
  4. Thread shrimp onto pre-soaked skewers, spacing 1 inch apart
