- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Toss the frozen fries with melted butter and fresh rosemary on a large baking sheet.
- Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer and bake for 25 to 28 minutes until crispy.
- While fries bake, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the ground beef with steak seasoning and cook in the skillet until browned and cooked through.
- Once the beef is cooked, place cheese slices on top and cover the pan briefly to melt.
- To assemble, divide the crispy fries into bowls.
- Top each bowl with the cheeseburger mixture.
- Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, and pickled jalapeños as desired.
Notes
Ensure you remove the seeds from the tomatoes to keep the fries crunchy. If you prefer a meatless version, you can substitute the ground beef with seasoned lentils or a plant-based crumble.
