Method

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
- Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until 165°F internal temperature
- Rest chicken for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain
- Assemble salad with chopped romaine, grape tomatoes (if using), croutons, and parmesan
- Toss with Caesar dressing before serving
