Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 pounds green grapes, washed and dried
  • 2 pounds red grapes, washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat until the mixture is perfectly smooth.
  3. Place the cleaned and dried red and green grapes into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the cream cheese dressing over the grapes.
  5. Stir gently with a large spoon until all grapes are evenly coated.
  6. Cover securely and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with brown sugar and chopped pecans just before serving.

Notes

Ensure the grapes are completely dry after washing before adding the dressing to prevent a watery consistency. Add the pecans at the very last second before serving to maintain their signature crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
