- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Using an electric mixer, beat until the mixture is perfectly smooth.
- Place the cleaned and dried red and green grapes into a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the cream cheese dressing over the grapes.
- Stir gently with a large spoon until all grapes are evenly coated.
- Cover securely and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with brown sugar and chopped pecans just before serving.
Notes
Ensure the grapes are completely dry after washing before adding the dressing to prevent a watery consistency. Add the pecans at the very last second before serving to maintain their signature crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
