Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 lbs green grapes, washed and dried
  • 2 lbs red grapes, washed and dried
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or almonds/walnuts)

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold in washed grapes gently.
  3. Chill salad for 30 minutes.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on top.

Notes

Softened cream cheese blends more easily.
Use an ice-water bath to speed up mixing.
Toast pecans in a dry skillet for extra crunch.
Adjust sweetness by reducing sugar to taste.
