Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (full-fat recommended; substitute with vegan cream cheese)
  • 1 cup sour cream (use plain Greek yogurt for dairy-free)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste; coconut sugar optional)
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 pounds green grapes (halved or quartered)
  • 2 pounds red grapes (seedless varieties recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (light or dark amber)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (swap pistachios for color)
  • 8 servings

Method

  1. Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness or vanilla as desired.
  3. Halve or quarter washed grapes and gently fold into the dressing.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow grapes to absorb flavor without becoming soggy.
  5. Before serving, top with brown sugar and chopped pecans.

Notes

Refrigeration firms the dressing slightly.
Opt for halved grapes for easier serving.
Purple grapes can add color variation.
Pistachios replace pecans for a different texture and vibrant color.
