- Season chicken breasts with garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken 5-7 minutes per side; finish in oven if needed
- Dice cucumber and slice cherry tomatoes
- Mix cooked couscous with lemon juice and red onion
- Combine cottage cheese with remaining ingredients for tzatziki dressing
- Layer couscous, chicken, tzatziki, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta in bowls
