Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F.

- Add ¼ cup pizza sauce and ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning. Stir gently until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe ceramic bowl (at least 8 inches wide).
- Top with shredded mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the bowl cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use ricotta instead of cottage cheese if unavailable.
For lower fat, use low-fat cottage cheese.
