  • 4 cups chopped Persian cucumbers
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Method
 

  1. Prepare Raw Components
  2. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, shallot, and dill.
