Method
- Pour olive oil into 9x13 inch baking dish
- Add lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay, sugar
- Stir until sugar dissolves
- Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper
- Submerge shrimp in seasoned oil, flip twice
- Preheat gas grill to 400°F
- Lubricate grates with oil-soaked paper towel
- Line shrimp tails parallel to grill bars
- Grill 3 minutes per side until bright pink
- Transfer to room temperature plate immediately

Use avocado oil if preferred
