  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Kosher salt to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 (4-oz.) chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup non-alcoholic chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons each of chopped parsley, dill, chives, and basil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Combine flour, salt, and pepper on a tray
  3. Pat chicken thighs dry and dredge in flour mixture
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
  5. Sear thighs until golden brown (5-6 minutes per side)
  6. Transfer to oven and bake 5 minutes
  7. Whisk broth, garlic, cream, and herbs in the skillet until smooth
  8. Add Parmesan, stirring until thickened
  9. Pare cooked chicken, pour sauce over, and serve with lemon wedges
