Method
- Peel the banana and add it raw to the blender
- Measure 1 cup of frozen peaches; ensure pieces aren’t overly large
- Add 8–10 raw walnut pieces for texture
- Portion 2 tbsp oats and 1 tbsp maple syrup into blender
- Sprinkle 1 dash cinnamon
- Add 2 tbsp soymilk and a handful of ice
- Blend until smooth and thick
Notes
Use ripe bananas to enhance sweetness
Freeze cut nuts beforehand for a chill-kick
Substitute maple syrup with honey or agave (1:1 ratio)
Pecans or almonds work as walnut alternatives
For non-dairy milk substitutions, add 1/8–1/4 tsp extra sweetener
