Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 banana, ripe
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • Small handful raw walnuts (8–10 pieces)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp soymilk
  • Handful ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Peel the banana and add it raw to the blender
  2. Measure 1 cup of frozen peaches; ensure pieces aren’t overly large
  3. Add 8–10 raw walnut pieces for texture
  4. Portion 2 tbsp oats and 1 tbsp maple syrup into blender
  5. Sprinkle 1 dash cinnamon
  6. Add 2 tbsp soymilk and a handful of ice
  7. Blend until smooth and thick

Notes

Use ripe bananas to enhance sweetness
Freeze cut nuts beforehand for a chill-kick
Substitute maple syrup with honey or agave (1:1 ratio)
Pecans or almonds work as walnut alternatives
For non-dairy milk substitutions, add 1/8–1/4 tsp extra sweetener
Ground flaxseed can replace oats (3 tbsp loose flax)
Adjust ice quantity for desired thickness
