- Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to create a light jus.
- Reduce heat to low and top the mixture with shredded Colby jack cheese.
- Cover for 2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt uniformly.
- Serve portions over the prepared basmati rice.
