- Transfer the mixture onto a large sheet of plastic wrap.
- Use the plastic wrap to form the mixture into a ball shape.
- Wrap thin rubber bands around the exterior of the ball to create natural pumpkin segments.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Remove plastic wrap and rubber bands, then coat the ball in crushed pecans.
- Insert the bell pepper stem into the top center to complete the pumpkin design.
