Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
- Submerge rice paper sheets in warm water 10-15 seconds until pliable
- On each sheet, layer 1/4 cup noodles, 1/4 cup carrot-cabbage mix, 1 tablespoon tofu/shrimp, and 1/2 teaspoon tamari sauce
- Fold edges inward, roll tightly, and slice into halves or quarters
- Place seam-side down in air fryer basket, spray with oil
- Air fry 7-8 minutes until golden brown and crisp
- Serve with remaining tamari-ginger sauce
Notes
For gluten-free version, use tamari exclusively
Substitute noodles with soba or zucchini noodles
Add fresh herbs like mint or cilantro
