- Season salmon with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika
- Sear or bake salmon until flaky (20 minutes)
- Flake cooked salmon into a bowl
- Make dressing: mix mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and salt
- Stir in red onion, grated radishes, and diced celery
- Toss with flaked salmon
- Chill for 10-15 minutes before serving
