Ingredients
  

  • Olive oil 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon
  • Low-sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup
  • 1 3/4 lbs sirloin steak
  • 10 wooden skewers, soaked for 30+ minutes
  • Lemon juice
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Worcestershire sauce (alcohol-free)
  • Honey (1–2 tablespoons)
  • Dijon mustard (1 tablespoon)
  • Garlic (3 cloves minced)
  • Black pepper
  • Bell peppers (1, chopped)
  • Mushrooms (8 large, halved)
  • Onions (1 large, chunked)

Method
 

  1. Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, and pepper in a bowl
  2. Place sirloin in a sealed bag and pour marinade over; refrigerate 3–6 hours
  3. Preheat grill to 425°F; toss bell peppers, mushrooms, onions with 1 tbsp oil
  4. Thread skewers with grilled steak chunks and vegetables
  5. Season with pepper and garlic powder
  6. Grill on open flame 8–9 minutes, until meat reaches 140–145°F
  7. Use skewer rotation for even charring
