Ingredients
  

  • Sweet potato - 1 lb
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Harissa spice blend - ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt - ¼ tsp + ⅛ tsp
  • Black pepper - To taste

Method
 

  1. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into ½-inch cubes
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil, harissa, garlic powder, ¼ tsp salt, and pepper in a bowl
  3. Toss cubes until evenly coated
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F
  5. Place cubes in fryer basket in a single layer
  6. Cook 10 minutes, flipping halfway for even crisping

Notes

Use Red Garnet sweet potatoes for best texture
Substitute harissa with smoked paprika for milder flavor
Adjust seasoning to taste after first test bite
