Ingredients
  

  • 1 prepared pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked grilled chicken, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ cup Alfredo sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone
  3. Brush edges with olive oil
  4. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over the dough
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce
  6. Top with sliced grilled chicken
  7. Sprinkle garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and red onion
  8. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbles

Notes

Substitute Alfredo sauce with garlic aioli or cream cheese base for lighter version
