Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon, 1-inch cubes
  • ½ pound fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1 pound strawberries, quartered
  • 5 ounces blueberries, washed and dried
  • 5 ounces blackberries, washed
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, roughly torn
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (substitute with lemon or grapefruit juice if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (substitute with maple syrup)
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Method
 

  1. Pare and prepare the fruit, cubing watermelon, pitting cherries, and quartering strawberries.
  2. Combine watermelon, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries in a large serving bowl.
  3. Top with roughly torn mint leaves.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, and salt to form the dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine.
  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

For best results, use ripe and fresh fruits.
Feel free to substitute blueberries with raspberries or mint with basil.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
